Los Angeles - Kelly Osbourne, Fashion Police host and daughter of rock star Ozzy Osbourne, announced her engagement to two-year boyfriend Matthew Mosshart, a vegan chef.
The two were on holiday in Anguila when Mosshart went down on one knee and proposed with a ring that is specifically designed to look like one of her father's jewellery pieces. "I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore. I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that'. Now I have one!" said Kelly to Hello! magazine.

The couple met at model Kate Moss and rocker Jamie Hince's wedding in 2011 and the two were smitten from the start. The chef was so enamored by the fashion guru that he moved from New York to Los Angeles just to be closer to her.
"Long-distance relationships often don't work out. We'd dated for a year and knew we wanted to be together. Matthew has broken down every one of my walls. There's nothing I wouldn't do in front of him."
