Los Angeles - Kelly Osbourne has been released from hospital.
The 28-year-old star was taken to Cedars-Sinai medical facility in Los Angeles on 7 March after suffering a seizure during the recording of her show Fashion Police, but after undergoing extensive tests, doctors have now sent her home will a "clean bill of health".
Her spokesperson told E! News: "After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor.
"Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a one time episode of which there are no conclusive results."
Delighted to be home
Despite the medical scare, Kelly - who doctors were initially said to be concerned was suffering from epilepsy - is already looking forward to getting back to work.
The representative added: "She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."
And Kelly has also sent her thanks to the medical team who cared for her, but admitted she was delighted to be home.
She took to her Twitter-page saying: "Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed! (sic)"
