The former Playboy model admits she often struggles to find the time to make love to spouse Hank Baskett so makes sure she puts a date in the diary.
The blonde beauty - who has a two-year-old son, Hank Baskett IV, with her spouse - wrote on her blog: "I get a lot of questions about sex and to answer you guys, I'm sharing some tips on how to keep things steamy in the bedroom.
"Make it a priority: Life happens, and when you're juggling a career, being a mom, and running around, your sex life can suffer. Make sure you carve out time, (assign certain days) where sex is scheduled. Not very sexy, I know, but it works! LOLOL (sic)"
'Ask for what you want'
Kendra also says it's important to let your partner know what you do and don't like in bed.
She said: "Ask for what you want. Let your partner/husband/wife know what it is that turns you on. No one is a mind reader and it takes out the guesswork, making more time for what you really want.
"Also, mix it up: That means being spontaneous! Some ideas: Dressing up in something sexy as a surprise, leaving a sexy note/sexting leading up to the evening, or trying out new things in bed."
