Los Angeles - Khloé Kardashian has blasted Twitter trolls for their negative energy.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star gave a frank cover interview to People magazine where she made comments about her relationship with estranged husband Lamar Odom, who is currently recovering in hospital after a four-day binge, and has slammed those who "think the worst of her".
She tweeted:
The 31-year-old television personality went on to insist she has done all she can to "avoid this attention" as Lamar recovers.
She continued:During the interview, she told the magazine there were more "important things'' to focus on than them being a couple"
She shared: "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
