Cape Town - So Kim Kardashian Miss I'm going to cry my eyes out because I lost my diamond earring in the ocean when my basketball player boyfriend pushed me into the water, has recently voiced her concern about racism in the world.

The dark haired beauty who has a daughter with rapper Kanye West states in a recent essay that now that she is a mom to a biracial child, she is finally aware that racism and discrimination which she never gave much thought to is still in existence and a big problem in the world.

Kim confesses that for her it was easy to not be bothered with the topic because it was never her battle to fight. The future Mrs Kanye West further goes on about how she has recently experienced a few sickening incidents that have opened her eyes to how hateful and deadly racism is.

Now I get that Kimmy is finally passionate about something else apart from spray tans, expensive shoes, bags, cars, botox and other celebrity problems. But for a lady who more or less exclusively dates African Americans, we have to say it took a while for her to notice something that has been in existence even way before her sex tape, which seems light years ago considering how many failed relationships she has had after it. But we understand, she's a Kardashian, so thinking is not one of her strong points.

We will however speculate that her enlightenment may have something to do with an incident that occurred earlier this year when Kanye got into a physical altercation with an 18 year old man who decided to call his fiancee a N**** lover inside the waiting room of a Chiropractor's offices in Beverly Hills.

Kim went on to say: "I feel a responsibility as a mother, a public figure, a human being to do what I can to make sure that not only my child, but all children don't have to grow up in a world where they are judged for their skin or their gender or their sexual orientation". Is it me or are we slowly losing our beloved Kim?

It's cute and everything that she is getting all mommy on us but I have to say i prefer bimbo Kim way better, she makes me feel good about myself.
