Kim Kardashian West had a very pregnant birthday party

Cape Town – Kim Kardashian West turned 35 on Wednesday.

To celebrate Kanye West pulled out all the stops, as one does for a 35^th birthday, and threw here a surprise “pregnant birthday party”.

Along with the awkward title came an even more awkward theme, but fear not because the cake was actually beautiful…

Here are the only four parts of Kim K’s special day you need to know about:

1. Kanye organised a huge display of flowers with her cake, obviously.

2. Kanye rented out a movie theatre for a private screening of Steve Jobs.

3. Everyone had to dress up as ‘pregnant Kim’.

He had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!)

4. Kim ate churros with all her ‘fake’ pregnant buddies.
