Kim Kardashian West shares some inside deets about the bun in her oven

Los Angeles - The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star - who already has two-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - struggled to conceive her second child and is unsure if she'll be able to have another baby after giving birth to her son in December, but is hopeful she will be able to add to her family again in the future.

She said: "I've always said if I had a boy, I would be done with a boy and a girl.

"But this pregnancy has been a little bit easier, but I won't really know until later on if I can have another one, it depends on my delivery, so hopefully I'll be able to have another one - I wouldn't mind it."

The 34-year-old beauty has hailed her current pregnancy a "miracle" and she feels "grateful" that she is able to carry another child.

She told MailOnline: "It's definitely a different pregnancy. I really wanted to be pregnant, and it's the anticipation of trying.

"I feel that this is really a miracle because I didn't think it would happen for me because I had a tough delivery that created some complications. But we're just really happy that so far everything is really healthy, and we're just really excited."

While Kim Seems to be enjoying her second pregnancy, she admitted she has gained 15 pounds since becoming pregnant.

Speaking on The TODAY Show, she said: "I've gained like 15 pounds already! It's gone everywhere.

"It's in my boobs right now. My boobs are huge!"

Meanwhile, the 34-year-old television personality previously admitted she is trying to fit into her pre-pregnancy clothes.

She shared: "At this stage, I'm just trying to fit into the things that still fit me.

"When I wore my latex dress I just knew it fit me and I knew I probably only had a couple of weeks left before I couldn't wear it for a good year - and I'd never worn it so I wanted to get use out of it.''

She added: "I do think tighter clothes look better and more slimming, and I don't care how hot it is, I'm going to wear thin coats all summer to conceal my big arms.

"I'm going to have a strategy of just really simple this time."
