Kim Kardashian finds divorce 'draining'

Los Angeles - Kim Kardashian is finding her divorce "draining".

The reality TV star split from basketball player Kris Humphries just 72 days after their fairytale wedding in October last year and is finding officially ending their union "so difficult".

Speaking to her sister, Khloe, on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she said: "My divorce has been really draining, really stressful. I just want to leave this chapter of my life behind me.

"I think someone just wants to make it so difficult. When one person just wants a divorce and the other one is just pissed, they try to make it so difficult."

'Wearing wigs is so liberating'

One of the sticking points in the couple's divorce is that Kris reportedly wants Kim to explain what happened to all their wedding gifts. Sources close to her accuse him of dragging proceedings out for longer than necessary.

Kim - who is now dating rapper Kanye West - was inspired by her sister's advice to have more fun on the show, so she went wig shopping, buying one blonde one and one red wig, then assuming two alter egos, one a Southern Belle and the other a spy.

She said: "Khloe's talk really inspired me just to have more fun. Wearing wigs is so liberating."

The 31-year-old's new personas were not so well received by her family, with her brother, Rob, refusing to be seen in public with her and mother, Kris Jenner, finding her hard to understand.

She told her: "You're starting to freak me out a little bit with these wigs. Are we having an identity crisis?"
