Kourtney Kardashian loses 14kgs

Los Angekes - Kourtney Kardashian is almost back to her pre-baby weight.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star - who gave birth to her second child Penelope on 8 July - has lost 14kg over the past three months through healthy eating and light exercise.

The 33-year-old reality TV star has just 7kg more to lose to reach her pre-pregnancy weight according to US Weekly magazine and is relying on healthy treats like edamame to help her slim down further.

She previously revealed she finds it easy to manage her weight as long as she doesn't eat out regularly.

She said: "When I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy.

"After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven't done that this time."

Regular workouts on the beach

The mum-of-two is also trying to stay active and has been spotted teaming up with her sister Kim for regular workouts on the beach since they moved to Miami to film their new reality series Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

Earlier this month she tweeted about a morning jog on the beach with her sister Kim, calling it "an amazing way to start the day".

Kim is also trying to slim down and recently complained that she and Kourtney both weigh the same despite her elder sister having a new baby.

She tweeted: "How is it that @KourtneyKardash & I have the same amount of weight to lose but she just had a baby!"

Last week she revealed she has lost three of the 13 kilogram’s she gained since she began dating rapper Kanye West.

The curvy star - who previously worked out twice a day with a personal trainer - admitted she was hoping to shed some weight after relaxing her diet and fitness routine in recent months.
