Los Angeles - Kris Humphries' friends and family were shocked to find he is still seeing his ex-girlfriend.

Kris has previously told the police that Myla Sinanaj had tried to extort him by demanding a large sum of money.

He said she had threatened to receive funds or else she would release damaging information about their relationship to the media.

Her lawyer even drafted a 26-page defamation lawsuit against him following his statement.

Sources connected to Kris told website TMZ.com that they had long-suspected he was secretly getting back together with Myla. Now they are convinced after the release of a video of the two leaving her home in New Jersey together this week.

Myla accused Kim Kardashian of spying on her

In July, Myla accused his estranged wife Kim Kardashian of getting private investigators to spy on her.

She was subpoenaed by Kim's legal team to talk about her relationship with Kris last month as part of their divorce proceedings.

Later she slammed the reality TV star on her Twitter account and urged the brunette beauty to leave her alone and stop "dragging" her into the former couple's "drama".

Earlier in the year Myla claimed to be three months pregnant with his child. Myla who Kris met while she was working in a New York hotel, insisted that the basketball player was definitely the father.
