The showbiz matriarch says her ex-husband is doing "great" since confirming he plans to undergo gender reassignment and her whole family back his decision.
She told Us Weekly: "The family's doing great, and Bruce is doing great. And everybody's super supportive.
"[I'm doing] good. [I'm] really happy for him."
Kris' daughter Kim Kardashian West recently said her entire family are "excited" about her stepfather's new phase in his life.
She said: "My mom is doing really good. We're really excited.
"I was with Bruce yesterday and we were just saying what an exciting time in his life this is. And everyone, including my mom, we're just so happy he can be himself and happy."
Bruce's family's reaction to his decision will be shown on Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce, a two-part special, and producer Ryan Seacrest recently claimed it will be "compelling" viewing.
He said: "I watched it back, and I thought it was very emotional and very compelling.
"We've got a two-part special where Bruce talks to his family about everything, which is extremely emotional and very, very raw.
"They have a very powerful couple hours of TV coming up."
