Kris' lawyers dissecting Kim's show

Los Angeles - Kris Humphries' lawyers are closely monitoring Kim Kardashian's reality show.

The 32-year-old star's estranged husband's legal team is reportedly dissecting Kourtney & Kim Take Miami every week to gather information to help them question her at her upcoming deposition as she tries to reach an agreement with Kris, who is continuing to contest their divorce and wants an annulment on the basis of fraud.

A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Kris' divorce attorneys, including Lee Hutton, and his staff of paralegals, faithfully watch the Kardashian reality shows so they will leave no stone unturned when she is questioned at her upcoming deposition.

"The deposition will take place in the next several months, and it has been postponed several times because of scheduling issues on both sides. The delays are benefiting Kris' team because it just gives them more ammunition for their case."

Family are said to be desperate

The source added: "You have Khloe whining to Kim on the current season of yet another Kardashian reality show airing on E!, about how long the divorce is taking and saying that Kris doesn't talk, but barks like a dog. Kris believes that Kim and her family are using their reality shows to tarnish his name."

But the 27-year-old basketball player's family are said to be desperate for him to legally end his 72-day marriage to Kim, who is expecting her first child with Kanye West, 35, in June, so he can move on with his life too.

His model sister Kaela was previously said to be frustrated that he is damaging their family's reputation and careers by pursuing an annulment.

A source said: "It's not completely damaging her career, but she does get turned down more than usual because a lot of the agencies are pro-Kim.

"And Kaela has no animosity towards Kim. She loves her brother, but she thinks he's wrong."
