Kristen Stewart 'desperate' for work

Los Angeles - Kristen Stewart is stressed about her future acting career.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 star has revealed she is desperate to land another role now that the vampire franchise is finished and can't wait to start working on something new.

"I'm kinda desperate to get a job right now. I'm itching to get back to work," the 22-year-old star admitted to E! News.

The actress, whose other new movie On The Road also premiered in the US earlier this month, has zero confirmed projects on the horizon, but is rumoured to be firming up her contract to star alongside Ben Affleck in a new comedy tentatively called Focus.

Robert's many projects

The actress, who admitted she was trying to "absorb" everything that was going on at the world premiere of the final Twilight Saga movie on Monday, also recently said it is possible she might reprise her role in Snow White and the Huntsman 2 despite her fling with director Rupert Sanders in August.

The fantasy adventure movie, starring Kristen and Chris Hemsworth as the titular characters, took more than $55m at the US box office over its opening weekend, leading to Warner Brothers green-lighting a follow-up.

Meanwhile, Kristen's 26-year-old boyfriend Robert Pattinson will spend much of 2013 on a film set.

The British actor currently has five major movies in pre-production including The Rover in which he will star alongside Guy Pierce and Map To The Stars which co-stars Rachel Weisz.
