Johannesburg – Afrikaans singer Kurt Darren has been released from hospital after he was involved in a serious car crash two weeks ago.
"Thank you to everyone for all the prayers, love and support. I will be walking out of the Milpark Hospital today. A little bit of rest and I’ll be back," the Loslappie singer tweeted.
Darren, artist agent Marnus Bisschoff and his secretary Nadia van Rensburg were all seriously injured in the accident on their way home from watching a rugby match.
Since the crash, in which Darren also broke eleven ribs, he has been recovering in the Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg.
