Lamar's mistress 'saw him smoke crack'

Los Angeles - A woman who alleges she had an affair with Lamar Odom has claimed she witnessed him smoke crack cocaine in her apartment.

Polina Polonsky - who claimed to be a mistress of the former Los Angeles Clippers player last month - says she saw him smoking the highly addictive drug and use other illegal substances while he lived with her for six weeks in June and July and says he became highly paranoid, a recognised side-effect of crack.

Recalling Lamar's behaviour, Polina told TMZ: "I did see it, he was a little paranoid, I found little wads of paper towels in pretty much every hole or crevis in my apartment after he had left."

"I would leave him my laptop at home sometimes and he would call me using my Skype, but he was hesitant to do that."

The allegations come in the wake of Lamar's recent marriage troubles, with his wife Khloe Kardashian-Odom apparently throwing him out of their Los Angeles home for cheating on her, and even attempted an intervention to get her husband help for his drug use.

Lamar's lost weight

Polina - who is a criminal defence lawyer - believes the basketball star's addiction has spiralled out of control ever since he moved out.

She added: "I can't imagine that anything is as bad as it is now, seeing the photos that some of you guys put up of him the photos in magazines, he looks like he's lost at least 20 to 30 pounds since he left my place."

Lamar reportedly entered an unknown rehab facility last Thursday to combat alcohol and drug addiction but checked out just 24 hours later, leaving his Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wife Khloe - the sister of Kim and Kourtney - unaware of his whereabouts.

Amid the drug and cheating allegations, the basketball player had his driving licence suspended for one year after he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) last month.
