Cape Town - Second time mom Lee-Ann Liebenberg couldn’t be prouder of her family, and she isn’t shy to show them off either!

The 31-year-old model and TV presenter shared images on Twitter on Wednesday of sexy hubby Nicky van der Walt, her 3-year-old daughter Gia and the newest member of the family, Gabriella.

Lee-Ann and Nicky welcomed their new bundle of joy just a month ago.
