Los Angeles – Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly getting his lawyers involved to return a photo of him and Nelson Mandela that was allegedly stolen.

According to gossip site TMZ, the photo of Leo and Madiba was taken while the actor was in South Africa shooting the film Blood Diamond.

The photo was signed by Madiba himself with the words; "To Leo DiCaprio, Best Wishes, Mandela, 4-8-07."

According the actor he never got the photo after it was signed by the legendary icon.

Now a company called Moments in Time is selling it for $25 000.

The company, who says they legally own the photo, is reportedly not interested in giving Leo the pic unless he pays up.

Not the Madiba Day spirit at all.
