Is it all out for Liz Hurley and Shane Warne?

Los Angeles - Liz Hurley and Shane Warne have reportedly split up.

The 48-year-old actress-turned-model and the cricketing legend have reportedly called time on their three-year relationship just two years after getting engaged as their globe-trotting careers have started to put a strain on their romance.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "They have been so loved up and have tried to make it work, but the distance has been a huge issue.

"Work commitments mean they both spend so much time travelling they have hardly spent any quality time together."

The source added: "Shane is devastated."

'Things have been strained'

The couple first sparked speculation they were dating in 2010 after they were pictured canoodling outside a London restaurant, which led to Liz announcing later that day that her four-year marriage to businessman Arun Nayar was over.

Around the same time, Shane also confirmed he was no longer with his ex-wife Simone Callahan - who he has three children, Brooke, Summer and Jackson with - before he popped the question to Liz with a large sapphire ring less than a year later.

While the brunette beauty is based in the UK and Shane in Australia, the pair are known for their sweet exchanges on the social networking site Twitter, but they have failed to mention each other publicly for over three weeks now.

The source explained: "Conducting a relationship from other sides of the world has proved extremely difficult. While they love each other very much, things have been strained."
