Michelle Rodriguez shares touching Paul Walker tribute

Los Angeles - Michelle Rodriguez delivered an emotional tribute to Paul Walker following his funeral on Saturday.

The 35-year-old actress said she hopes the pair will "meet again in heaven" as she took to Twitter to pay her last respects to her Fast & Furious co-star, who died in a fatal car crash alongside his friend Roger Rodas on 30 November.

In a heartfelt tweet, she wrote: "I said goodbye to a great man today, a man I never got to show just how much I love his spirit and his golden heart, 'stay golden pony boy'... I hope you get my tweet in heaven, ps your right; 'stop talking just do it already';) Love you Paul, your departure is fuel to my fire, well meet again, enjoy that light (sic)"

Fellow Fast & Furious star Tyrese Gibson also paid homage to the actor and pleaded with his Instagram followers to pray for Paul's distraught 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.

He wrote: "Our hearts are FULL from all the moments we DID have, 13 years of laughter and grace, humility and love..... Never did I take my access for granted.... Continue praying for his #Family, his daughter #Meadow, you are the WORLDS best friend that's why we're all feeling it... (sic)"

The pair were among 200 guests, including fellow co-star Ludacris, who bid a final farewell to Paul on Saturday.

The 40-year-old star was cremated on Thursday before being laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Hollywood Hills over the weekend. A memorial event followed at the Universal Studios lot in Los Angeles.
