Miley holds back tears on stage

Las vegas - Miley Cyrus held back tears while performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday.

The 20-year-old singer, who confirmed the end of her engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth last Monday, struggled to contain her emotions as she performed her latest single Wrecking Ball at the star-studded event.

The petite star got choked up while singing the final lines of the song, "Don't you ever say I just walked away, I will always want you," on stage in Las Vegas, according to the MailOnline website.

Liam completely moved out and on

Miley's ex-fiance moved the last of his belongings out of her house in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, on Friday.

The former couple got engaged in May 2012 after meeting on the set of 2010 movie The Last Song, but their relationship has been on rocky ground over the last year.

The Hunger Games star, 23, has found comfort in the arms of Mexican actress-and-singer Eiza Gonzalez, who he was spotted passionately kissing earlier this week.

The pair hit it off after meeting at XS nightclub in Las Vegas last Saturday, where Liam was partying with a group of male friends.

The Australian star was later pictured in a steamy clinch with Eiza, 23, outside her Beverly Hills apartment on Tuesday.
