Miley Cyrus posts cryptic drawing about her broken heart

Los Angeles - Miley Cyrus has hinted she is heart broken.

The Wrecking Ball hitmaker - who split from fiancé Liam Hemsworth a year ago - posted a picture of a crying alien surrounded by thought bubbles, entitled "early a.m. drawin", on her Instagram account on Tuesday.

The text surrounding the weird looking alien seems to suggest that she is mourning a lost love.



The thought bubbles make numerous references to a failed relationship, with messages like, "I must go. I will miss yiew (sic)" and "why does love make me cry".

The singer also asks, "Will I ever be happy again" and "Gravity has nothing to do with me falling for you".

Miley followed up the eye-catching images with another drawing of an alien, though this one made no references to love and is instead just seen blowing bubbles.



Earlier this month, Billy Ray Cyrus - Miley's father - warned his daughter about becoming a "bitter ole man".

Miley posted a screen shot of a conversation she had with the 53-year-old country music singer.

The message from her father read: "You are crazy to be down. You are one of the luckiest people in the world right now. ENJOY IT! Don't be like me and miss it all worrying about shit beyond control ALL the time.

"That would make you a bitter ole man and that's not cool (sic)."
