The We Can't Stop hitmaker reached out to one of her fans Caley Camarillo, a little girl who was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder that affects the lungs, the pancreas, liver, and intestine.
In her battle with her disorder the 9-year-old had to take more than 40 pills a day.
Miley Cyrus sent out a very touching video to Caley Camarillo but unfortunately the sweet video reached the little girl just moments before her death.
Camarillo's fight with the disorder which leaves the sufferer with difficulty breathing had gotten to a point where her lungs had less than 50% functioning ability and she was in dire need of a lung transplant.
Caley Camarillo passed away this past Friday.
