Los Angeles - Miley Cyrus won't let her stalker ruin her life.
The 19-year-old singer is refusing to move out of her home in spite of a terrifying incident last week when a scissor-wielding man claiming to be her husband, tried to enter her gated mansion in Los Angeles.
A source close to Miley told HollywoodLife.com that she doesn't plan on moving from her home and will not allow crazy people to ruin her life.
Miley not affected by incidents
"When she is home, she has her own security team that she trusts and is confident they would protect her," the source said.
"She will not be affected by the incidents that have happened recently at her house. She is relieved that no one was injured and hurt but moving is not an option."
The police were called to Miley's mansion last week after an eyewitness spotted an intruder jumping over the starlet's fence and banging on her front door.
'She's my wife'
Jason Luis Rivera was found hiding in the bushes with a pair of scissors and wearing a large pink heart around his neck.
He told police: "I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years."
Miley was previously stalked in 2009 and Mark McLeod served time in jail for harassing her and claiming the pair were "secretly married".
