N'Sync forgive Justin for wedding snub

Los Angeles - Justin Timberlake's former N'Sync bandmate believes the band would have overshadowed his bride Jessica Biel at the couple's recent wedding.

Chris Kirkpatrick says Justin made the right decision not to invite his ex-bandmates to his Italian wedding on 19 October because their reunion would have stolen the spotlight from the 30-year-old Total Recall actress and insists there are no hard feelings.

He told the New York Post's Page Six: "I wasn't invited to the wedding and from what I know it's because he didn't want all of us there.

"It would be a reunion rather than a wedding. It was her day. She's amazing so he wanted to make sure it was about her."

'Doesn't hold a grudge'

The 41-year-old singer - who recently got engaged to his girlfriend Karly Skladany - said he doesn't hold a grudge despite the fact he was also holidaying in Italy while 31-year-old Justin was hosting his extravagant four-day celebration with 100 close friends and family at Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia.

He said: "It's not like we were right next door to each other...we were on an island.

"It wasn't hard feelings on anybody. We were at the engagement party."

Chris also confirmed he plans to invite Justin and his other former bandmates to his own wedding and said he "might even ask them to be in it".

Jessica - who is legally changing her surname to Timberlake - previously opened up about their intimate guest list - which included producer Timbaland and Saturday Night Live star Andy Samberg - and said they wanted their guests to have a fantastic time and feel as if they were on vacation.
