Los Angeles - Niall Horan is suffering from a chest infection following an evening out with Ariana Grande and friends.
The One Direction star attended the birthday celebration of Alfredo Flores - a close pal of both him and the Love Me Harder hitmaker - in Barcelona on Monday night.
Niall then on Tuesday announced his infection on Twitter, complaining about his cough and said he would be having '' a day in bed'' following his boozy evening.
He posted a photo on Instagram with a picture of Alfredo, himself and friends drinking from wine and champagne glasses, along with the caption: "Only way to celebrate @alfredoflores is the king (sic)!"
Hours later he posted on Twitter a series of tweets about contracting a chest infection.
