Los Angeles - Nick Cannon claims he was only told his family home was being sold after the deal was complete.

The America's Got Talent host has filed a lawsuit against business manager Michael Kane, in which he alleges all the details of the $9m sale of the Bel Air mansion he used to share with estranged wife Mariah Carey and their twins Moroccan and Monroe, three, were shared with the Hero singer, while he was kept in the dark, TMZ reports.
