Nick Gordon accused of assaulting Bobbi Kristina Brown hours before she was found in bathtub

Los Angeles - Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend has been accused of knocking out her teeth.

The 22-year-old aspiring actress' court appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, filed a $10m lawsuit against Nick Gordon on Wednesday, claiming he violently assaulted her during a "loud argument" just hours before she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home near Atlanta on 31 January.

According to court documents, obtained by UsMagazine, Bedelia claims the 25 year old, who sought treatment in rehab in April after his mother caught him trying to commit suicide, dragged Bobbi Kristina - who is the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston - upstairs by the hair and knocked out her teeth before a mutual friend discovered her in the bath, where she suffered severe brain damage.

The conservator also issued a statement, saying: "Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown.

"No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston [her aunt] and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina.

"This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift."

The lawsuit also claims Nick, who once falsely claimed he had married the starlet, withdrew $11k from her account without her permission.

Bobbi Kristina's family announced earlier on Wednesday that she has been moved to hospice care as her "condition has continued to deteriorate."

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that her family made the difficult decision to take her off all of her medication after a specialist informed them there is "no hope" of recovery.
