Nude Harry pics raise security questions

London - They were embarrassing, silly, and raunchy. But were they a security breach?

A day after nude photographs of Prince Harry ricocheted across the internet, security experts are wondering whether the protection officers assigned to keep the 27-year-old royal safe from harm might have done a better job of keeping him out of trouble.

UK taxpayers spend tens of millions of pounds to keep the royal family safe, so photos of the third-in-line to the throne romping naked in a foreign country raised questions about security.

Former top royal bodyguard Dai Davies says the party-loving royal may have put his protection officers in a difficult position by insisting on inviting guests back to his hotel room.

But he says that sometimes, protection officers have to "protect the principal from himself".

This is SO wrong! He should be careful of whom he trusts,I agree with that. However to make a big hoo haa out of something done in the privacy of your own private room,is just that-PRIVATE. He may be a royal but at the end of the day a human being, who is entitled to enjoy life! I would fire the security who worked on that occasion, they were sleeping on the job!!!!

One mistake and one mistake only. Protection officers let the camera in!! Next time strip them down before they enter and all this hoo-hah could be avoided.

Boys will be boys. Anyway, it's great to see that at least one member of the Royal Family is human after all! :-)
