Los Angeles - Kelly Osbourne has had her broken hand set in a black cast.
The Fashion Police host fractured her left hand in three places when she fell out of bed last week, but her original cast was giving her so much pain her father, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, took her back to hospital to get it re-set.
She first tweeted: "Im in sooooooo much pain i can't sleep it's bloody excruciating! (sic)"
Kelly - who has been left with a permanent "thumbs up" gesture while in the cast - followed it some hours later by writing on Twitter: "Thumbs up!!! My dad took me back 2 the hospital 2 get my hand re-casted he even picked the color! Feeling much better!! (sic)"
Lots of help
Kelly suffered the freak injury after she fell out of her bed while she was asleep.
She tweeted on Monday: "I must be the most accident prone/stupid person it the world i fell out my bed while sleeping last night & fractured my hand in 3 places!
"I'm staying in a hotel and the bed is so tall i must have dropped about 4 1/2 feet! (sic)"
But she has been getting lots of help since the incident happened, especially from her TV personality mother Sharon, who has been brushing her hair and helping her at meal times.
Kelly added: "Its my left hand & im left handed so my mum has to brush my hair & cut my food 4 me i feel like a baby again. of course my mum is loving it! (sic)!"
