Los Angeles - Rapper and producer Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs was taken to hospital following a post-Grammy party he hosted at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion on Sunday.

According to TMZ.com, the 42-year-old was rushed to the University of California Los Angeles emergency room after his entourage became concerned about the star's health.

Sources reveal that the I'll Be Missing You singer had suffered "a massive headache" and was treated by staff before returning home. Insiders insist his condition was unrelated to the festivities.
