Peaches Geldof's Instagram shut down

London - Peaches Geldof's Instagram account has been shut down.

The 25-year-old TV personality regularly updated her fans with cute snapshots of her family on the photo-sharing site, but her profile has now been disabled, at the request of her family, following her tragic death earlier this week.

A spokesman for Instagram told the Metro newspaper: "When a person passes away, we do honour requests from close family members to deactivate their Instagram account, which removes the profile and associated information from the site."

Peaches - who has two sons Astala, 23 months, and Phaedra, 11 months, with her husband Thomas Cohen - was found dead at her home address in Kent, South East England on Monday, and a post-mortem conducted on Wednesday proved to be "inconclusive".

The family of Peaches, the daughter of Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates, will now have to wait for a toxicology report - including test results for drink and drugs - which could take up to several weeks.

Police have so far described her death as "sudden and unexplained", but non-suspicious as there were no drugs or suicide note found at the house.

Kent County Council said previously: "A decision on whether there needs to be an inquest depends upon the final results of the post-mortem."
