Pink mocks Christina Aguilera's arrest

Los Angeles - Pink has poked fun at Christina Aguilera's recent arrest for public intoxication.

The Burlesque star was arrested and taken into custody in West Hollywood, Los Angeles in the early hours on Tuesday along with her boyfriend Matthew Rutler who was charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

Aguilera won't face any charges, but pregnant pop star Pink couldn't resist taking a pop at her chart rival.

Writing on her Twitter page, Pink said: "Out of Myself, Britney, and Christina - didn't everyone think I was gonna be the troublemaker? LOOK MA!!! No CUFFS!!! (sic)"

Sheriff's department spokesperson Steve Whitmore revealed on Tuesday that Aguilera was arrested because she "wasn't able to take care of herself" when police stopped Matthew's car.

"If a person is incapacitated the deputy on the scene makes that decision. But because both of them were under the influence... she wasn't able to take care of herself... so for the safety of the individual we brought her here until she could fend for herself."
