Porn boss offering Tori Spelling money for her sex tape

Los Angeles - Tori Spelling has been made a "substantial offer" for the rights to her sex tape.

The 40-year-old actress recently claimed she made the raunchy video with her husband Dean McDermott on Valentine's Day 2009, and now Steve Hirsch, president of pornography company Vivid Entertainment, is keen to get his hands on the footage.

Tori revealed earlier this month that she and Dean are experiencing money woes, and the X-rated movie producer believes his offer could prove lucrative in their time of need.

According to TMZ, Steve wrote a letter to Tori which reads: "This is a serious offer for a real tape and it could yield significant returns to help you through your difficult financial situation."

The steamy recording was uploaded to Dean's computer and Tori thinks the romp displays her best angles.

She previously explained: "Dean said, 'We should tape ourselves having sex.' He had a little portable tripod, and he set up his video camera on it. Afterwards, I checked my angles and they were good, so I allowed him to keep it."

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star - who has four children, Liam, six, Stella, five, Hattie, two, and 13-month-old son Finn, with Dean - confirmed the existence of the sex tape in her autobiography Spelling It Like It Is and claimed that a friend of Dean's copied the file from his laptop.

Vivid has previously released celebrity sex tapes featuring Kim Kardashian and Pamela Anderson.
