Pregnant Kim ordered to slow down

Los Angeles - Kim Kardashian has been advised to rest by her doctor.

The reality TV star - who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West - was taken ill on a flight back to Los Angeles from Paris on Tuesday evening and rushed straight to hospital amid concerns for her unborn baby but after a check-up she has merely been told to slow down.

A source told Us Weekly: "All fine - doctor-ordered rest."

The insider blamed Kim's hectic work schedule, moving in to a new home in Beverly Hills and her ongoing divorce battle with Kris Humphries for the health scare.

Obsession with exercise

The source added: "She's been working a lot, and with a divorce and the move and everything else she has going on, she just needs to take a little rest."

It was previously claimed 32-year-old Kim's obsession with staying in shape during her pregnancy is leaving her exhausted.

A friend of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star explained: "Kim's not respecting her pregnancy. She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.

"She's scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south. But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down."
