Rihanna, Chris 'fighting over Drake'

Los Angeles - Rihanna and Chris Brown have reportedly split over Drake.

The Stay singer and the R&B star are said to have had a falling out at the Grammy Awards when Chris caught his girlfriend texting her ex, rapper Drake, with whom he had a violent brawl in New York's W.i.P club last June.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Chris and Rihanna had a big bust-up at the Grammys over Drake. She was messaging him and Chris saw and it didn't go down well.

"Since that night they have barely spoken and have been doing their own things. For now they have split up but they will probably make up at some point."

The couple were snapped looking unhappy as they left the big event and sat at opposite ends of Los Angeles' Playhouse Nightclub last week.

Ongoing feud

The 24-year-old beauty refused to sit anywhere near her beau - who is still on probation for assaulting her in 2009 - despite confirming the pair were once again an item last month.

Chris then tellingly spent Valentine's Day partying solo with a mystery brunette.

The 23-year-old star has had an ongoing feud with Drake since last June, when the rapper allegedly refused Chris' peace offering of a bottle of champagne in a club and returned it with a note reading, "I'm fucking the love of your life [Rihanna], deal with it".

A huge fight broke out between both their entourages and innocent bystanders were hurt.

French model Romain Julien has now filed lawsuits against them for his injuries, but both claim they were not responsible for the fight and want the other to pay any damages if the model wins his suit.
