Rihanna loves Brazilian wax pain

Los Angeles - Rihanna loves the pain of a Brazilian wax.

The Stay singer - who famously sang about her love of "whips and chains" and bondage in controversial hit S&M - allegedly refuses to apply any pain-numbing cream before the intimate hair removal treatment, claiming the sting of the hot wax procedure is pleasurable to her.

An insider from the Fuzz Wax Bar in Toronto, Canada, told The Daily Star newspaper: "One of our aestheticians bought Rihanna the numbing cream but she just laughed."

'She was enjoying herself'

"Most women find a Brazilian wax very painful but she just said, 'No way, I love the pain. It feels good to me.'"

The beauticians at the salon were amazed at how relaxed the 25-year-old star appeared and descending into fits of giggles when they heard her casually humming songs instead of yelping in pain like most of their clients during the treatment.

A source added: “Riri was escorted to a treatment room with very thin walls and not a scream or squeal was heard. In fact it sounded like she was enjoying herself.

"She was singing and humming songs all through the treatment. None of us could stop laughing."

The Bajan R&B superstar recently split from on/off lover Chris Brown again, and the singer is rumoured to have now reconciled with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
