Ryan Gosling rejoins Twitter to promote his new film Lost Rover

Los Angeles - Ryan Gosling has returned to Twitter.

The 34-year-old actor took to the social networking site on Wednesday for the first time since 2013 to tweet about his forthcoming film Lost Rover, which he wrote and directed.

He then also added a soundcloud link for a free track download...

However, the tweets didn't stop there as the hunk- who welcomed his first child, daughter, Esmeralda into the world with his partner Eva Mendes last September - later added a promotional poster.

But his knowledge of Twitter doesn't appear to be up to scratch as he tweeted again just seconds later...

Meanwhile, the Notebook star is no stranger to taking a break from the popular site as he also left in April 2011 before rejoining again two years later.
