Cape Town - Ryan Reynolds is back in the Mother City.

As restaurant patrons spread the word on social networks, pictures were snapped of the star leaving the restaurant and walking to a waiting 4x4 vehicle.

Reynolds is in Cape Town shooting a film called Safe House alongside actor Denzel Washington. The film is described as a crime thriller.
The stars first visited Cape Town in February to shoot certain scenes, and while here Reynolds was spotted at the U2 concert which took place at Cape Town Stadium.
He was also spotted at the Woodstock Neighbourgoods Market with German model Agnes Fischer.
The film’s local producers found themselves in hot water recently when they neglected to inform residents of Langa and surrounding areas that they were going to be filming action scenes in their neighbourhood.
The noise from the blanks that were fired as part of the scenes reportedly terrified some residents.
