Durban - Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel has been named as one of the top 10 earning female models of the world.
A KwaZulu-Natal born supermodel has made it into the 10 top-earning female models in the world. Victoria’s Secret supermodel, Candice Swanepoel, 22, came 10th on the Forbes World’s list of Top Earning Models for 2011.
Her earnings for the past year are estimated to be R20.5m.

Swanepoel, who has a skinny frame, recently made headlines when she appeared at the launch of the Victoria’s Secret swimsuit range alongside full-figured models. The supermodel was born and bred in Mooi River.
