Scott Disick insists he's fine following the split but Kourtney could be having second thoughts

Los Angeles - Scott Disick has insisted he is fine following his split from Kourtney Kardashian.

The 32-year-old TV personality has spoken about his current situation for the first time since splitting from his partner of nine years, telling reporters he is taking things "a day at a time".

When asked how he remains positive despite huge personal changes, he said: "You gotta take every day a day at a time I guess, right?"

Another reporter then asked if he was "OK", to which he replied: "Sure".

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was speaking as he entered Mirage's 1 Oak nightclub in Las Vegas to host a night, where he said he was "excited" to be returning to after cancelling his previous planned appearance.

He said: "I haven't been here in a while so I'm excited to be back. I got to have dinner at Stack, which I love so, yeah, I'm excited."

Scott - who has Mason, five, Penelope, three, and seven-month-old Reign with his ex-girlfriend  - was also spotted kissing a mysterious woman at the event.

The 32-year-old reportedly chatted with the blonde beauty before sharing a steamy kiss while hosting a night at Mirage's 1 OAK nightclub in Las Vegas, defying earlier reports stating he had been well-behaved at the club and had only been drinking water.

And while Scott was out partying with his pals, Kourtney was at home looking after their children and posted a photo on Instagram of her watching Scooby Doo with her eldest son.

On Thursday, the former couple were seen together having lunch with their kids for the first time since their split was announced.

Meanwhile Kourtney Kardashian "hasn't made a final decision" about the relationship.

The 36-year-old star has reportedly not ruled out getting back together with Scott, 32, after they separated earlier this month and is instead "just living day to day" while she works out what she wants.

A source revealed: "Scott is not totally out of the picture.

"She hasn't made a final decision. Right now, she's just living day to day. She's not begging him to see the kids, but she also hasn't definitively said 'I'm never letting him back again.'"

The source told People magazine: "For the first time, she's taking a hard look at what her new reality could look like.

"Before, she just assumed nothing would really change, but now there's a strong possibility of life without him, and that's a scary thought for her. She was doing most of the work already, but at the end of the day, she would still turn into a single mom of three kids."
