Semi-naked Reeva Steenkamp pics emerge

London – Semi-naked photos of Reeva Steenkamp have emerged on the same day that Oscar Pistorius’ trial over her alleged murder was postponed, reports the Daily Mail.

The black and white photos, which show a semi-naked Reeva lying in different poses on a bed, were reportedly commissioned by the model for a "special someone" just months before her death.

The images made its appearance on Tuesday, the same day that Oscar Pistorius was told in court that his trial has been postponed until 19 August.

According to photographer Garreth Barclay, who took the images of Reeva, most of the images "aren't even edited", because "that's just how she is".

New documentary

Pistorius is facing a charge of premeditated murder. He maintains that he shot and killed his girlfriend through a locked bathroom door at his luxury Silver Lakes home on Valentine's Day believing she was an intruder.

The release of the photos also comes just a day after Reeva's mother June revealed in a new documentary that her late daughter fought with Oscar "a lot".

Appearing in the Channel 5 programme Why Did Oscar Pistorius Kill Our Daughter? - which aired in the UK on Monday night – she expressed her anger and regret about not being able to protect her daughter.

The case took another twist on Friday when graphic photos of the crime scene were leaked and published by Sky News in the UK. On Sunday night, Pistorius's uncle Arnold Pistorius said a leaked photograph, purportedly showing the scene where Steenkamp was shot dead, had "shaken" the family.
