Sinead O'Connor, husband reunite again

Los Angeles - Sinead O'Connor has hinted she is back with her husband for a second time.

The Nothing Compares 2 U singer - who split with drugs therapist Barry Herridge after 16 days of marriage in December, before reconciling and then later separating again - has claimed her partner is returning to their home and says she is now happy again.

She wrote in a series of posts on Twitter: "Yay. My sweet husband is coming home. Very happy girl. Must get pretty-fied by 8pm. Thank u God. Me love me sweet husband so bad. Yay!! :)

"Sorry if too much info or too personal.. Just.. Me so happy. Wus sad without him. Love him rotten bad. So me all happy now.. Hurray!!!(sic)"

Sinead - who has been married twice before - previously claimed the harsh treatment of the Irish media had driven him away, despite her also claiming he had become nervous when she had gone out to find drugs on the first night of their marriage in Las Vegas.

Depression

She wrote in a statement: "His association with me became something very bad for his life. And slowly since we were married I became very ill as result of what was done to my husband and I was unable to cope. And became depressed.

"The behaviour of one particular paper resulted in very serious damage to my husband and myself personally and consequently made the marriage untenable so that it is now over and I hope the media will kindly leave the poor man alone to get on with his life (sic)."

Last week, the 45-year-old star - who claims she tried to kill herself while in Los Angeles earlier this month - said she had checked into an Irish hospital to be treated for depression.

She tweeted: "Gonna be off radar for few weeks. But will be back. Worry not. :)

"im going to hospital. Treatment for depression. Not at all well. But they will put me back together quick. so will be back.. and smiling. Prolly 2 weeks ish..(sic)"
