Los Angeles - The Smallest Penis in Brooklyn Pageant will honour New York's smallest manhoods.
In a world where well hung individuals are celebrated merely because they carry a big package, the little guys are now being celebrated too!

The contest will take place at the Kings County Saloon in Bushwick, Brooklyn on 13 June, but organisers are reportedly struggling to fill places as the date nears.
In a bid to take their mission worldwide, pageant bosses have announced that they'll also allow video submissions from all over the world.
Those taking part will pose in eveningwear, swimwear and will show off their genitals in a series of tasks, finishing off with an intense question and answer session with the audience.
The winner will receive $500 (R6k), a crown and a sash.
