Top Billing's Janez engaged

Cape Town – Top Billing presenter, model and entrepeneur Janez Vermeiren is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Brazilian model Juliana Vasconcelos, reports YOU-Huisgenoot.

Vermeiren, 33, reportedly proposed on Table Mountain on Christmas Day.

"I popped the question while we were hiking on Table Mountain. We both cried like babies!" Janez told Huisgenoot.

Janez has a seven-year-old son, Matisse, named after the French artist Henri Matisse, from a previous relationship.

Apart from having visited 36 countries while shooting the lifestyle show Top Travel with best friend Jeannie D, he also owns his own modelling agency Full Circle and buys, renovates and sells properties in his spare time.
 
Janez is a recent winner of the YOU Spectacular Award for Sexiest Male.

Two of Janez's fellow Top Billing presenters also announced their engagements last year. Jeannie D got engaged to long-time boyfriend Jon Firth in March 2011 and Jo-Anne Strauss  said yes to her German doctor "bokkie" in February.

AnotherTop Billing presenter - Dhiveja Sundrum - is also set to walk down the aisle soon. She got a surprise marriage proposal from boyfriend Mark Smith in Cape Town in November 2010.
