Transgender model wants Khloe to pay

Los Angeles - A transgender model says she is willing to drop a lawsuit against Khloe Kardashian - if the reality TV star pays her $150 000.

Chantel Spears - formerly Ronald Spears - claims Khloe "violently" attacked her outside a Hollywood nightclub on 5 December 2009 and sued her for assault two years later.

However, according to new court documents, she now says she will settle out of court if Khloe pays up for causing "mental and emotional anxiety".

'Severe mental anguish'

But gossip website TMZ.com says Khloe - who is claiming self defence - has countered the request saying Chantel has not properly specified what her alleged damage, even though she has been asked to several time.

Papers filed by Chantal last December stated that after the incident she needed medical care and suffered from "severe mental anguish" and also claimed Khloe struck her "in and about her body".

However, no arrests were made at the time of the incident.

Chantel said the alleged assault happened after she made a comment to Khloe's husband Lamar Odom.

She said: "All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl."

Although Khloe's spokesperson didn't comment, her friends insisted she did nothing wrong.

One said: "This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing. This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off. This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon.''
