Cape Town – Justin Bieber got his hair did, but not in a good way!

The Confident singer has seemingly felt like a change in hair colour, the choice of peroxided white however, is not the best decision Justin has ever made!


We've got to admit the bleach blonde surfer boy look is so 2002, and even then it wasn’t a thing!
