More celebrity separations...

Christina Aguilera and music producer husband Jordan Bratman have been living apart, but have not decided yet if they will divorce or not.

The word is that there wasn't any big event that triggered the split, but rather just the realisation that they had become more like friends than husband and wife.

Christina even proposed a romantic trip to Italy to try save their marriage, but it didn't help.

The have one son, Max, who is now their main concern. She's been taking Max along with her to the studio while recording for her new movie, Burlesque, which releases soon.
