Amber Heard denies leaking a video that shows Johnny Depp smashing a wine glass

Los Angeles - Amber Heard "underestimated the toll" her divorce from Johnny Depp would take on her.

TMZ reports that the 30-year-old actress told them in a statement she wants to settle with Johnny so that she can put the ordeal behind her.

Amber reportedly also told the website that she was not responsible for a recently leaked video, which shows Johnny, 53, shouting at Amber and smashing a wine glass.

In the video, Amber appears to try and calm her husband down after asking if he had been drinking from a bottle of wine. Amber later tells Johnny she is sorry for something, although it is not clear what.

She tells him: "What happened? I just woke up and you were so sweet, and nice. We were not even fighting this morning. All I did was say sorry."

To which then replies: "You want to see crazy, I'll show you something crazy."

After that, Johnny appears to try and take Amber's phone off her when he notices her filming him.

You can watch the video here (WARNING: explicit language from the outset and throughout):

Sources close to Johnny claimed the video was "heavily edited" and that Amber was encouraging him and smiling.

It is not clear how the video made it into the public domain.

Amber and Johnny split up in May and she was granted a temporary restraining order after accusing him of domestic abuse.

Johnny has denied all allegations and the couple are in court this weekend to try to settle their divorce.
