London - British people have spent £14m on coconut oil in one year to look like Gwyneth Paltrow.
A study from the health food retailer Holland and Barrett has proved coconut products are on the rise with people spending £60m every years on coconut water, whilst one quarter of the price is spent on the multipurpose oil.
Researchers have found coconut oil doesn't only shrink your waistline by using two tablespoons for cooking throughout their meals, on the skin to reduce wrinkles, and as a mouth wash for whiter teeth.
And it is believed the actress and It's All Good author is an advocate of the natural product.
