Charlie Sheen pleads for reduction in child support payments to Denise Richards

Los Angeles - Charlie Sheen says he can't afford his $55k a month child support payments to ex-wife Denise Richards.

The 50-year-old actor has daughters, Sam, 11 and Lola, 10, with Denise and claims he can no longer afford the astronomical payments that were previously agreed on when he was earning $613k per month on Two and a Half Men.

According to TMZ, Charlie has filed legal papers claiming his "income has drastically declined" and asked for the payments to be reduced.

This comes just two weeks after Charlie also asked for his child support to his other ex-wife Brooke Mueller, mother of his six-year-old twins Bob and Max, to be slashed.

He claims he now makes approximately $87 384 monthly and pays $105k bills per month and an additional $25k for medical costs.

However, Charlie - who revealed last year that he is HIV positive - admitted to selling his rights to Two and a Half Men for $26 750 000.

Charlie is currently being sued by Denise, who claims he evicted her and their daughters, from their home and also sent aggressive text messages to their younger daughter.
